Package & Benefits
Location: Covering Sites Between the Scottish Borders and Birmingham
Salary: £33k - £37k
Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential duties & responsibilities
Inspection and maintenance of fire doors in commercial buildings
Carry out general facilities maintenance tasks – I.E small repairs/maintenance within buildings, have basic plumbing skills and knowledge.
Health and safety awareness.
To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.
The callout rota is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).
Engineer must be willing to Travel as part of the role (Travel paid as overtime after 30 mins either side of the day)
Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge & Understanding
Knowledge and experience of BMS control systems.
Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.
