Salary: £40k - £43k per annum

Essential duties & responsibilities
General Gas and HVAC plant maintenance
Maintenance / repairs / on general gas kit, Unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical & plumbing on site.
Health and safety awareness.
To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge & Understanding
Our client is looking for candidate who has knowledge of gas systems/plant and over 5 years’ experience in similar Gas/Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
Knowledge and experience of all Gas plant including, but not limited to Commercial gas boilers/water heaters, unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, expansion vessels, pumps etc.
Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2/3
