Supervising & motivating the on-site team.
Daily operation of the ECG CAFM system (Vantify – formerly Elogs).
Auditing the engineers / subcontractor PPM & reactive works report sheets as captured on elogs.
Monthly audits of the on-site team and specialist subcontractors’ workmanship, with particular emphasis on health & safety practices, cleanliness, and quality of work.
Assisting the Contract Manager with the compilation of the Monthly Client Report
Chairing a Monday AM Meeting with the site team. This meeting is to discuss any health & safety issues on site and have a general “catch-up” discussion on defects that have been identified over the course of the weekend, or likewise the outcome of any callouts that have occurred.
Routine PPM visits & reactive repairs (when required) to mechanical or electrical services assets (depending on skillset of candidate).
Daily / Weekly inspections of Plant Rooms, Switchrooms, Roof Areas & Car Parks.
Plant room status & cleanliness checks.
Accompanying sub-contractors around site for PPM/reactive works
Operate a tablet device in conjunction with ECG’s CAFM system ensuring all tasks are completed timeously.
Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders to enhance the professional reputation of ECG, whilst protecting the Silverburn brand.
Experience operating in the private FM sector.
Solid understanding of SFG20 service specification.
Excellent customer communication skills.
Self-starter, able to work on own initiative as a conscientious team player.
Organised communicator with strong inter-personal skills.
High level of verbal, written and numeric skills.
To be highly flexible in accordance with the challenging demands of a “World-Class” Retail & Leisure destination.
