Essential Duties & Responsibilities
General Plumbing and HVAC plant maintenance
Maintenance / repairs / Unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical & plumbing on site.
To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date

The callout rota for this role is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).
Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge & Understanding
Our client is looking for candidate who has knowledge of Plumbing systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
Knowledge and experience of all Plumbing plant including, but not limited to unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware.
Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.
Qualifications
Approved Plumbing Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement.
