A-C Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Package & Benefits

Location: Mobile role - covering predominantly Northwest area OR Midlands area.

Salary: Dependant on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential duties & responsibilities

  • General HVAC plant maintenance

  • Maintenance / repairs / replacements of components/ AHU Experience / Fan coil unit experience and all general A/C duties and including all other duties including mechanical & plumbing on site.

  • To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.

  • The callout rota is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).

Skills & Qualifications Required

Knowledge & Understanding

  • We are looking for candidate who has knowledge of Air conditioning systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.

  • Knowledge and experience of all A/C Equipment including, but not limited to Air Handling Units and their associated controls, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories) Knowledge and experience of BMS control systems.

  • The Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed.

Qualifications

  • Approved A/C Apprenticeship with minimum full A/C NVQ Level 2 qualifications AND F-Gas
